Inside a Real Dubai Graduation Party

For a recent graduation celebration, we took over a stunning villa in Emirates Hills and reimagined it as a next-level party zone. With sweeping views, an open, expansive layout and room to go big, this private residence became the perfect canvas.

  • Custom neon signage throughout the venue
  • Glitter and neon face-painting stations
  • A pulsing LED dance floor and LED cocktail tables
  • Custom mocktails, disco ball cake pops and a donut tower
  • A DJ curating throwback pop across the night
  • An epic streamer-filled finale

Where to Host a Graduation Party in Dubai

Venue choice sets the ceiling on everything else. We scout and negotiate across four venue categories:

Private villas

Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah addresses give you full creative control, late licences and no shared-space restrictions. Best for 50–200 guests.

Rooftop lounges and terraces

Skyline backdrops with minimal décor lift required. Best for 40–120 guests.

Hotel ballrooms and banquet halls

Full AV infrastructure, in-house catering and reliable capacity. Best for institutional and university events of 200+.

Outdoor and beachfront venues

Seasonal, weather-dependent, and unmatched for sunset ceremonies and daytime celebrations.

We handle venue sourcing, contracting, permits and vendor access as part of our standard scope — the same process we run for birthday events and social celebrations.

Thank you The Big Night for making it all happen and laying it out like clockwork. Love you guys. This was the exact kind of backyard vintage reception I’ve always imagined. Our wedding from the time the both of us met was pretty much 6 months. My brief to them were these 4 words 1- Vintage with a pinch of drama (because that’s quintessentially me) 2-Minimal 3-Classic 4- Lots of Fairy lights. After 4 months of insane ideation and hard work and one location recce to Goa what we saw was perfection to the absolute T. I have massive gratitude. Thanks for being such an important part of my life. You guys spun some real magic and made my Big Night Bigger than I’ve ever imagined. Thanks for making it all so very Surreal!!

Thank you so much dear Gauri! I’m so glad that you did this. I am also truly happy to get to know you. You are a beautiful soul inside out and I wish you all the very best in whatever you take up. May Krishna’s blessings be with you always.
